InnSæi is a schema-informed therapeutic group inspired by the Icelandic concept of seeing within and navigating from your inner compass.
In the constant demands of modern life, this inner signal can become obscured by old survival patterns and coping strategies. Within a structured and supportive group process, you will explore these patterns, soften what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Our main goals are to help you:Understand the origins of your emotional patterns.
Develop a compassionate relationship with your vulnerable parts.
Feel supported in a shared and guided group process.
Get out of your mind and into your body.
Learn to live in harmony with all parts and make space for a life that is led with intention, connection and joy!

All is welcomed – sessions will be conducted in English.
We are an inclusive, non-judgmental group; we will not tolerate any form of discrimination.
You don’t need prior therapy experience, just openness and curiosity to explore your inner world.
This group may not be suitable for people currently struggling with self-harm, acute crisis, or active substance use. In such cases, individual therapy may be more supportive.

Format: Closed group* consisting of 8–10 participants. Weekly 2-hour in-person sessions.

Psychologist (NIP) | Integrative Psychotherapist in TrainingSarah is a psychologist registered with the Nederlands Institute of Psychologists. She holds a MSc in Clinical Psychology, and is an integrative psychotherapist i.t..
Her work is trauma-informed, neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ friendly.“Having always been a deeply empathic person and drawn to supporting others, I believe that mental health is key to reaching our full potential. My journey began in a small town in Transylvania, Romania, and brought me to the Netherlands, where I have experienced the challenges and rewards of navigating expat life and cultural differences while trying to find and build meaning. I studied and built a practice in the Netherlands in the last 6 years, and continue to study and learn every day with my clients and colleagues. As an English and Romanian-speaking psychologist, I've connected with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and all walks of life, which has deepened my wisdom, openness and adaptability. Throughout it all, my own mental health journey has shown me the power of deep connection with myself and the therapeutic process.”
